(www.EverymanTri.com ) Normally Australian triathlete Annabel Luxford can be found racing on the ITU circuit, but this weekend she took some time out of her training block in Boulder, Colorado to race the 2011 Boulder Peak Triathlon. What may have been a small race on her 2011 race calendar turned out to be a huge victory for the speedy Aussie. She took the top podium place by over a minute and in Olympic Distance triathlon racing that’s a big chuck of time.
