Eat a lot of food. And train like girls. Yet they have better bodies than 99% of guys, including myself. How do they do it? Its not a popular answer but its drugs. Steroids. Now, I’m making this assumption, as it can also be freak genetics. I mean, How IMPORTANT are genetics for achieving a great body? One of my friends had one of the best eight-packs I’ve ever seen and we were fourteen at the time. I asked him how did he get those abs and he told me “push-ups”. I thought what? Than I thought maybe it was a wicked diet, so I asked him what he ate and he said “I eat Captain Crunch for breakfast, but it doesn’t taste good so I put more sugar on it”. WTF. On one hand, those blessed with great genetics will be able to be leaner, stronger and add size faster. But on the other hand, EVERYONE can achieve a wicked awesome body and through transforming your own body develop habits of success not only in training but in life. Those that can get things easily don’t cherish them. The point is everyone who’s not gifted has to put in dedication and commitment.
