A Butt So Great It Has It’s Own Twitter Handle: Molly Galbraith Interview & Summertime Skin Care Giveaway!

By admin

Hows your booty feeling after yesterday’s Bodacious Booty Workout?

Mine is a bit tight and I am loving it! Having a sore tush feels very productive to me as I know it’s an area that I need to work on building up.

If you didn’t see it, check it out here.

Now it’s time to find out where this whole booty craze came from.

Last week, I sat down (in front of the computer) with Molly Galbraith. Molly is a personal trainer, strength coach, and gym own in Kentucky.

Over the years she has done it all: gymnastics, figure competitions and even “dappled” in powerlifting. I’m sorry, but anytime I hear of a beautiful woman doing powerlifting I get drawn in.

I love meeting other women that aren’t afraid to add some plates to a bar to see how their body will react.

But that’s not it… Molly has a famous arse.

So amazing in fact, that her grandmother made their pastor (like church pastor) feel it to do the “firmness test”.

Intrigued? You should be! You’ll love Molly.

Find out her secrets, how she became a successful business owner and why she will never ever do another figure competition again. In fact, find what happened that caused so much havoc on her body that she may never recover from the last one completely.

Here’s the video interview, however right below it is the audio if you don’t have time to watch but want to listen to us on the go.

One last thing…

Summertime Skin Care Giveaway: Aquafor Skin Care

It’s summertime which means my skin gets incredibly dry and irritated. I am talking so dry that I wake up in the middle of the night with my heels itching so bad that I can’t get back to sleep.

After a day at the beach, I have actually cried because my skin itched so much from being dried out from the salty air.

Weird? Probably, but I know I am not alone.

Then there’s the Charleston sunshine. Being a fair skinned blonde and loving the outdoors can come back to bite me in the butt… sunburn? Oh it happens, especially since my parents just put in a new pool!

No matter how much sunscreen I put on, burns seem to happen.

The kind people at Aquafor were so nice and offered their products to me:

aquaphor

Their healing ointment is more than just “lotion”…

  • Temporarily protects minor cuts, scrapes and burns
  • Temporarity protects and helps relieve chapped or cracked skin and lips
  • Helps protect from the drying effects of wind and cold weather (and I’m assuming salty air!)

When my legs began to itch the other night, I decided to forgo my TJ’s and grab the Aquaphor. As soon as I took the lid off, I knew I was in for something different. The consistency reminds me of Vaseline + coconut oil + lotion.

There is no messing around! I was really surprised when I woke up in the morning and my legs were still lotioned up. Clearly, moisture was being locked in and that’s what I needed.

Along with the several sizes of the Healing Ointment, I also recieved:

  • Lip care
  • Camelback water bottle
  • $ 50 Visa gift card.

And guess what…

One of you will get this ENTIRE package too!
